<p>Robert Half has partnered with a growing organization in downtown Nashville in their search for an experienced Accounting Manager. This is a hybrid role offering the opportunity to contribute to a high-performing accounting function while enjoying work-life balance.</p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Lead and manage full-cycle accounting processes, including month-end and year-end close.</li><li>Oversee revenue recognition in compliance with applicable standards.</li><li>Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance.</li><li>Support SOX compliance and internal controls documentation.</li><li>Coordinate and manage external and internal audit requests.</li><li>Drive process improvements and leverage technology within a large ERP system environment.</li><li>Supervise and mentor staff, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to deadlines.</li></ul><p><br></p>

<p>Qualifications:</p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or MBA preferred).</li><li>5+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or manager role.</li><li>Strong technical knowledge of revenue recognition and GAAP.</li><li>Proven experience with SOX compliance and audit coordination.</li><li>Proficiency working with large ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday, or similar).</li><li>Excellent organizational, analytical, and leadership skills.</li><li>Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment and manage competing priorities effectively.</li></ul><p><br></p>
