HR Recruiter
<p>We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our client's team on a contract basis in Naples, Florida. In this role, you will play a key part in identifying top talent, conducting interviews, and ensuring a seamless hiring process. </p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Identify and source candidates with relevant experience.</p><p>• Conduct thorough interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.</p><p>• Assess candidate suitability for specific roles and provide recommendations to hiring managers.</p><p>• Manage the recruitment process from initial contact to final offer, ensuring a smooth experience for all parties.</p><p>• Utilize the Paylocity applicant tracking system to track and manage candidate information.</p><p>• Collaborate with hiring teams to understand their needs.</p><p>• Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.</p><p>• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant employment regulations.</p><p>• Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates with relevant experience for future hiring needs.</p>
• Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, preferably in an HR role.<br>• Strong ability to source candidates using various tools and platforms.<br>• Skilled in conducting interviews and assessing candidate qualifications.<br>• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, such as Paylocity.<br>• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.<br>• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.<br>• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.<br>• A proactive approach to building and maintaining candidate relationships.
