<p>We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to join our team in Nampa, Idaho. This contract position offers an opportunity to work on specialized accounting tasks, including asset management and financial reconciliations. The ideal candidate will excel in independent work while collaborating with internal teams when necessary.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Rebuild the fixed asset master list by analyzing organizational data, invoices, and historical documentation.</p><p>• Perform month-over-month reconciliations, starting with the latest activity and progressively reviewing past records.</p><p>• Detect and document discrepancies between legacy data and updated findings.</p><p>• Research invoices, purchase details, and additional supporting financial documentation as required.</p><p>• Utilize the company's accounting system to locate, verify, and analyze data effectively.</p><p>• Collaborate periodically with internal staff to gather relevant information or clarify details.</p>

<ul><li>Clear understanding of Fixed Assets.</li><li>Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) processes.</li><li>Strong knowledge of General Ledger functions.</li><li>Experience handling Accounts Receivable (AR) tasks.</li><li> Ability to prepare and post accurate journal entries.</li><li>Skilled in performing bank reconciliations.</li><li>Background in reviewing financial data for accuracy and compliance.</li><li>Capability to work independently while meeting deadlines.</li></ul>
