Admin Assistant
We are looking for a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team in Mountain View, California. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for patients at the Health Center, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience. This is a long-term contract position that requires a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Serve as the first point of contact, assisting patients with check-in and check-out processes at the clinic.<br>• Manage scheduling tasks across multiple service lines to ensure smooth operations.<br>• Answer incoming calls promptly and provide accurate information or direct inquiries to the appropriate team member.<br>• Maintain organized and up-to-date documentation, including scanning, filing, and preparing correspondence.<br>• Support daily clinic operations by completing administrative tasks and ensuring compliance with confidentiality standards.<br>• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure adherence to compliance protocols and uphold high service standards.<br>• Utilize Epic software to manage patient records and scheduling efficiently.<br>• Handle sensitive patient information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.<br>• Ensure the front desk area remains welcoming and organized for both patients and staff.
• Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a healthcare or clinical setting.<br>• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, staff, and other stakeholders.<br>• Proficiency in handling scheduling tasks and managing multiple priorities.<br>• Familiarity with Epic software or similar systems is highly desirable.<br>• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to compliance standards in a clinical environment.<br>• Excellent organizational skills with experience in scanning, filing, and preparing documents.<br>• Reliability and professionalism in managing day-to-day administrative operations.<br>• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
