Responsibilities:• Process and verify accounts payable transactions to ensure accurate payments and recordkeeping.• Perform bank reconciliations to maintain alignment between financial records and bank statements.• Manage account reconciliations to guarantee proper balancing and resolve discrepancies.• Create and review accounting entries to ensure compliance with established standards.• Support month-end and year-end closing processes by preparing necessary documentation and reports.• Assist in maintaining financial data integrity by conducting regular audits and checks.• Collaborate with team members to streamline accounting workflows and enhance efficiency.• Provide timely and accurate financial reports to support decision-making processes.• Respond to inquiries regarding financial transactions and resolve any related issues.• Stay updated on accounting principles to ensure adherence to current regulations.

• At least 1 year of experience in a related accounting role. • Proficiency in processing accounts payable transactions. • Strong skills in performing bank and account reconciliations. • Familiarity with creating and reviewing accounting entries. • Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices. • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities. • Effective communication skills for team collaboration and issue resolution. • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
