HR Coordinator
We are looking for an HR Coordinator to join our team in Montpelier, Vermont. This is a Contract to permanent position offering an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will provide essential administrative support while ensuring the smooth operation of HR-related functions.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Provide administrative assistance, including managing email inboxes, handling walk-in inquiries, scanning documents, filing records, and issuing employee badges.<br>• Answer incoming calls, triage inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate departments.<br>• Uphold confidentiality standards in all tasks and responsibilities.<br>• Assist with HR functions as required, with preference given to candidates with prior HR experience.<br>• Operate independently in a detail-oriented office setting with consistent foot traffic.<br>• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with organizational policies.<br>• Collaborate with the HR Manager to support departmental objectives.<br>• Facilitate onboarding processes and ensure background checks are completed accurately.<br>• Deliver exceptional receptionist duties, providing a welcoming and organized front desk experience.
• Proven experience in administrative support or a similar role.<br>• Familiarity with HR processes, including onboarding and compliance, is highly preferred.<br>• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.<br>• Ability to maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the position.<br>• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.<br>• Proficiency in using office equipment and software, including scanners and email platforms.<br>• Capability to work independently while managing multiple tasks.<br>• Prior experience in a healthcare or well-organized office environment is an advantage.
