Salary for this role is competitive and ranges from $100,000 to $110,000 annually. Benefits: <ul><li>Medical, Dental, Vision Benefits </li><li>401k with a match </li><li>Paid Time Off </li></ul> Responsibilities:• Oversee monthly financial close procedures, ensuring timely and accurate completion.• Maintain and update the general ledger, ensuring all entries are properly recorded.• Prepare and analyze financial statements to provide insights into company performance.• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.• Handle payroll calculations and ensure adherence to tax regulations and reporting standards.• Conduct account and bank reconciliations to verify financial accuracy.• Support audit preparations by compiling necessary documentation and addressing inquiries.• Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure regulatory compliance.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial operations and reporting.• Utilize major ERP systems and Microsoft Excel to manage and analyze financial data effectively.

• Proven experience in month-end close processes and general ledger management. • Expertise in preparing journal entries and conducting account reconciliations. • Strong proficiency in bank reconciliation and financial statement preparation. • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and reporting. • Familiarity with major ERP systems and their functionality in financial operations. • Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices, particularly in manufacturing settings. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
