Licensed Inside Sales Specialist
<p>We are looking for a Licensed Inside Sales Specialist to join our team on a contract basis for a company based in Minnetonka, Minnesota. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting sales operations, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to business growth. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who excel in communication, organization, and have experience in the insurance or healthcare industries. <strong><em>This position will require a work schedule of Monday - Friday, 12 pm - 8 pm CST and</em></strong><em> </em><strong><em>Current Health Insurance License.</em></strong></p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Handle inbound and outbound calls to engage with customers and provide tailored sales solutions.</p><p>• Deliver exceptional customer service while addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively.</p><p>• Assist in prospecting and sourcing new leads to support sales targets.</p><p>• Document and manage customer interactions using a content management system (CMS).</p><p>• Support compliance functions by ensuring adherence to company policies and industry regulations.</p><p>• Collaborate with the sales team to provide accurate information on commissions, bonuses, and other sales metrics.</p><p>• Provide training and guidance to team members on processes and product knowledge.</p><p>• Maintain detailed records and prepare reports to track sales performance and metrics.</p><p>• Work with health plans and Medicare-related products to meet customer needs.</p><p>• Coordinate with the contact center to ensure smooth sales support processes.</p>
• Proven experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related field.<br>• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on clarity and professionalism.<br>• Familiarity with health insurance, Medicare, and healthcare-related products is preferred.<br>• Proficiency in using internet-based tools, content management systems (CMS), and documentation software.<br>• Ability to work with compliance functions and adhere to industry standards.<br>• Demonstrated skills in prospecting, metric reporting, and sales support.<br>• Comfortable handling inbound and outbound calls in a contact center environment.<br>• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing commissions, submittals, and performance tracking.
