Inside Sales Specialist
<p>We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales Specialist to join our team on a contract basis in Minnetonka, Minnesota. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting sales operations and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and follow-up. This position requires a strong ability to manage documentation, handle inquiries, and support the sales process efficiently. <strong><u>To be considered for this position, you must have an active health insurance license and be located in the following states: AR, AZ, GA, IA, IL, KS, MI, MN, MO, ND, NE, OK, SD, TX, WI. </u></strong></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Respond to inbound and outbound calls to assist customers and address their inquiries.</p><p>• Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining compliance with company policies and industry standards.</p><p>• Support sales efforts by prospecting leads and documenting all interactions in the system.</p><p>• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth onboarding and training processes for new staff.</p><p>• Assist in managing insurance-related inquiries and provide guidance on Medicare and health plans.</p><p>• Prepare and submit required documentation for commissions, submittals, and other sales-related processes.</p><p>• Monitor sales metrics and generate reports to track performance and identify improvement areas.</p><p>• Utilize content management systems to maintain accurate records and streamline sales support tasks.</p><p>• Contribute to bonus program initiatives and ensure effective communication with stakeholders.</p><p>• Uphold compliance functions and ensure adherence to staffing and sourcing requirements.</p>
• Proven experience in customer service and sales support roles.<br>• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly.<br>• Familiarity with Medicare, health insurance plans, and related documentation processes.<br>• Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls in a contact center environment.<br>• Ability to use content management systems and metric reporting tools effectively.<br>• Knowledge of compliance standards within the insurance and sales industries.<br>• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with teams and contribute to training initiatives.<br>• Prior experience in managing commissions, submittals, and bonus program processes.
