• Minimum of 3 years of accounting or Financial Services industry experience.• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field; advanced certifications are a plus.• Proficient in financial reporting, cash flow forecasting, and tax planning strategies.• Demonstrated expertise in working with financial tools like Sage Accounting and Excel.• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.• Ability to work independently and take initiative in a small, high-responsibility environment.
