AV Technical Engineer
We are looking for an experienced AV Technical Engineer to join our team in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This is a long-term contract position where you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless audio-visual operations for both in-person and virtual events. If you have a strong background in corporate AV systems and virtual conferencing platforms, we encourage you to apply.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Set up and operate audio-visual equipment in conference rooms to support meetings and events.<br>• Ensure proper handling of equipment, including powering down or dismantling after use.<br>• Provide technical support for virtual meetings and events on platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Cisco WebEx.<br>• Manage client-facing virtual events, ensuring high-quality audio and video performance.<br>• Troubleshoot AV issues promptly to minimize disruptions during live events.<br>• Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional AV experiences for corporate functions.<br>• Utilize expertise in systems like Crestron or Cisco to optimize AV setups and configurations.<br>• Maintain and update AV equipment inventory to ensure readiness for future use.
• Proven experience with corporate AV systems, including Crestron and Cisco.<br>• Proficiency in virtual conferencing platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Cisco WebEx.<br>• Strong technical skills in audio-visual equipment setup and operation.<br>• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve AV-related issues quickly and effectively.<br>• Excellent communication skills for supporting client-facing events.<br>• Familiarity with managing virtual and hybrid event environments.<br>• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.<br>• Previous experience in corporate AV environments is preferred.
