Customer Success Agent
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Success Agent to join our team in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. In this Contract-to-permanent role, you will be instrumental in ensuring our customers achieve maximum value from our services while delivering exceptional experiences. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment and enjoys building successful partnerships with customers.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Handle inbound customer interactions with urgency, aiming to meet a daily call target of 85 calls.<br>• Advocate for customers by tailoring their experiences to ensure minimal effort and satisfaction.<br>• Analyze customer concerns independently and provide timely, effective solutions.<br>• Utilize troubleshooting skills and self-help tools to address technical issues.<br>• Demonstrate strong knowledge of Milwaukee products and services to resolve inquiries effectively.<br>• Collaborate cross-functionally with support teams to ensure one-call resolutions.<br>• Exhibit agility in addressing customer needs across various channels and adapting to dynamic situations.<br>• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and solutions through data entry systems.<br>• Uphold professionalism and responsiveness in all communications to foster long-term customer relationships.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a high-volume call center environment.<br>• Proficiency in call center operations and metrics, with the ability to manage fast-paced workflows.<br>• Strong skills in resolving customer complaints and delivering success stories.<br>• Competence in computer data entry and typing with attention to detail.<br>• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, Word, Outlook, and Excel.<br>• Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.<br>• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.<br>• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a demanding environment.
