We are looking for a motivated Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in high-volume payment processing or similar fields, offering an excellent opportunity to grow within the financial services industry. As a Contract to permanent position, this role provides the potential for long-term employment based on performance.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Process and post customer payments with accuracy and attention to detail.<br>• Reconcile daily transactions to ensure financial records are up-to-date.<br>• Manage high payment volumes, handling approximately 200 transactions daily after training.<br>• Utilize accounting software and tools, such as Excel and CollectionMaster, for tracking and reporting.<br>• Collaborate with team members to maintain efficiency in cash posting workflows.<br>• Perform full-cycle accounts receivable tasks, including resolving discrepancies and maintaining account integrity.<br>• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during payment processing.<br>• Support the team in achieving timely and accurate financial reporting.<br>• Identify and address issues related to payment applications or account discrepancies.<br>• Communicate with internal teams to resolve payment-related queries.

• Previous experience in high-volume payment processing or cash handling.<br>• Strong proficiency in Excel and familiarity with accounting software systems.<br>• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.<br>• Effective organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines.<br>• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.<br>• Experience with accounts receivable tasks, including reconciliation and billing functions.<br>• Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems is a plus.<br>• Strong communication skills to address payment-related concerns effectively.
