We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to join our team in Midland, Texas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full-cycle accounting and a deep understanding of financial processes, including reconciliations, inventory management, and payroll. Responsibilities: • Manage full-cycle accounting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established standards. • Perform month-end close procedures, including preparation and review of financial statements. • Oversee general ledger activities, including account maintenance and reconciliation. • Prepare and post journal entries to maintain accurate financial records. • Conduct detailed account and bank reconciliations to ensure financial data integrity. • Monitor and manage inventory accounting, tracking and reporting inventory changes. • Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner, adhering to company policies. • Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights. • Collaborate with other departments to support organizational financial goals. • Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting regulations and guidelines.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred; equivalent experience will be considered. • Proven experience in full-cycle accounting, including reconciliations and inventory management. • Strong understanding of credits, debits, and general ledger functions. • Proficiency in performing month-end close and journal entry tasks. • Expertise in account and bank reconciliation processes. • Familiarity with payroll processing and related financial activities. • Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail. • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively.
