Receptionist
<p>*This is a short term temporary assignment for 1 and a half days!*</p><p>We are looking for a skilled and personable Receptionist to join our team on a contract basis. This role is based in Miami, Florida, and involves managing front desk operations, maintaining efficient communication, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail while supporting daily administrative tasks.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming and organized environment.</p><p>• Manage a multi-line phone system, directing calls to appropriate departments or personnel.</p><p>• Handle scheduling and appointment coordination effectively.</p><p>• Maintain accurate records through data entry and file organization.</p><p>• Respond to email inquiries promptly and professionally.</p><p>• Support daily administrative functions, including document preparation and correspondence.</p><p>• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite tools such as Word, Excel, and Outlook for various tasks.</p><p>• Ensure the reception area is organized and presentable at all times.</p><p>• Collaborate with team members to address customer service needs.</p><p>• Perform other receptionist duties as required.</p>
• Proven experience in receptionist or administrative roles.<br>• Proficiency in managing multi-line phone systems.<br>• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and detail-oriented attitude.<br>• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.<br>• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.<br>• Effective communication skills, including email correspondence.<br>• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.<br>• Interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
