Property Administrator
<p>We are looking for a skilled Property Administrator to join our team in Miami, Florida. This is a Contract-to-permanent position that offers the opportunity to work on-site at a newly developed property. The ideal candidate will excel at handling tenant inquiries, showcasing units, and managing administrative tasks related to property operations.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Provide detailed tours of available units to prospective tenants and address their inquiries clearly and professionally.</p><p>• Manage tenant applications and ensure all required documentation is completed accurately.</p><p>• Collaborate with the team to support leasing efforts and maintain high occupancy rates.</p><p>• Handle administrative tasks related to property management, including maintaining records and filing reports.</p><p>• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions efficiently using accounting software systems.</p><p>• Assist in preparing budgets and managing billing functions to ensure accurate financial tracking.</p><p>• Utilize CRM systems to track tenant interactions and maintain organized communication records.</p><p>• Support property operations by coordinating with vendors and addressing maintenance requests promptly.</p><p>• Generate financial reports using software tools such as JD Edwards EnterpriseOne and Kardin.</p><p>• Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations in all property management activities.</p><p><br></p><p>Please send your resume to : Jacqueline.Mejia@RobertHalf and call 786-698-7072</p>
• Proven experience in property management or leasing roles.<br>• Proficiency in accounting software systems, including JD Edwards EnterpriseOne and Kardin.<br>• Solid understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general accounting functions.<br>• Familiarity with CRM software to manage tenant relationships effectively.<br>• Ability to handle billing processes and assist in budget preparation.<br>• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in administrative tasks.<br>• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with tenants and team members.<br>• Knowledge of local property regulations and compliance requirements.
