We are looking for a skilled Paralegal with a strong background in commercial litigation and trial preparation to join our team in Miami, Florida. This Contract position requires an experienced individual who is comfortable working in an office environment and attending trials alongside attorneys when needed. The ideal candidate will excel in handling discovery, drafting legal documents, and organizing materials for trial.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Assist attorneys in preparing for trials by organizing and tagging documents, creating trial binders, and managing exhibits.<br>• Attend trials to provide direct support to attorneys, ensuring all documentation and exhibits are readily available.<br>• Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery materials.<br>• Manage case files and utilize case management software to track progress and deadlines.<br>• Coordinate visual aids, models, and mockups for trial presentations.<br>• Conduct thorough research and analysis to support litigation strategies.<br>• Ensure all documents are accurately bate-stamped and properly formatted.<br>• Collaborate with legal teams to streamline trial preparation and execution.<br>• Maintain a detailed record of case-related activities and updates.<br>• Handle additional administrative tasks related to litigation as needed.

<p>• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a litigation paralegal, preferably in commercial litigation.</p><p>• Proficiency in trial preparation, including creating trial binders and organizing exhibits.</p><p>• Strong knowledge of discovery processes and drafting legal documents such as motions and pleadings.</p><p>• Experience using case management software to organize and track case information.</p><p>• Ability to work effectively in an office setting and attend trials as required.</p><p>• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.</p><p>• Familiarity with civil litigation procedures and practices.</p><p>• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with attorneys and legal teams.</p><p>MUST HAVE EXTENSIVE TRIAL EXPERIENCE</p>
