Robert Half is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support our client’s daily operations. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple customer interactions efficiently while providing excellent support to the team. Responsibilities:<ul><li>Handle incoming calls, emails, and in-person inquiries with professionalism and courtesy</li><li>Assist customers with questions, concerns, and service requests</li><li>Perform general clerical duties including filing, data entry, and documentation</li><li>Process orders, returns, and account updates accurately</li><li>Maintain customer records and update databases</li><li>Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer issues</li></ul>

Qualifications:<ul><li>2+ years of customer service or administrative experience preferred</li><li>Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)</li><li>Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment</li></ul>
