Bilingual Spanish Receptionist
We are looking for an organized and personable Receptionist to join our team on a contract basis in Miami, Florida. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring smooth communication and support for daily operations. Ideal candidates will have excellent organizational skills and a friendly demeanor.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate personnel efficiently.<br>• Take detailed messages and ensure timely communication with relevant staff.<br>• Welcome and assist clients, visitors, and customers with professionalism.<br>• Coordinate and maintain the schedule for conference rooms to avoid conflicts.<br>• Handle travel arrangements and manage calendars for team members.<br>• Monitor and order office supplies to ensure smooth operation.<br>• Perform basic receptionist tasks, including e-filing and maintaining records.
<ul><li>Proven experience in receptionist or administrative roles.</li><li>Bilingual Spanish is a must</li><li> Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.</li><li> Proficiency in handling phone systems and directing calls.</li><li> Familiarity with e-filing systems and basic office software.</li><li> Ability to manage schedules and calendars effectively.</li><li> Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.</li><li> Friendly and detail-oriented approach when interacting with clients and colleagues.</li></ul>
