Executive Assistant
Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the leadership team of our CPA firm. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced detail oriented environment. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted partner, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and enabling executives to focus on strategic initiatives. <br> Key Responsibilities Administrative Support: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents. Handle confidential information with discretion. Client & Internal Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for executives, clients, and staff. Draft and proofread emails and other communications. Project Coordination: Assist with special projects, including client onboarding and internal initiatives. Track deadlines and deliverables to ensure timely completion. Office Management: Oversee office supplies, vendor relationships, and general administrative tasks. Support event planning for client meetings and firm gatherings. Financial & Compliance Support: Assist with billing, expense reports, and basic bookkeeping tasks. Maintain organized records for audits and compliance requirements. Why Join Us? Qualifications Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred. Experience: 3+ years as an Executive Assistant or similar role; experience in a CPA or detail oriented services firm is a plus. Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling tools. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information.
