Responsibilities:• Lead and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.• Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations with a focus on precision and compliance.• Deliver accurate financial statements while adhering to established accounting standards.• Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard financial integrity and support audit processes.• Investigate and resolve variances in balance sheets and profit-and-loss accounts.• Collaborate with operations, sales, and commercial teams to address financial matters and drive informed decision-making.• Conduct detailed analyses on revenue, margins, pricing, and operational costs to support business strategies.• Provide financial insights for contracts, deals, and customer-level decisions as required.• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to align financial objectives with organizational goals.• Develop management reports, dashboards, and ad hoc analyses to support leadership initiatives.
