Production Designer
<p>We are looking for a skilled Production Designer to join our creative agency on a long-term contract basis. As part of our team, you will play a key role in implementing a major rebrand for a high-profile client, ensuring brand consistency and excellence across various assets. This position is ideal for someone with a sharp eye for detail, strong technical skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Apply new branding elements, such as logos, fonts, and colors, to existing materials including eBooks, one-pagers, presentations, and digital assets.</p><p>• Execute high-volume production tasks with precision and efficiency.</p><p>• Collaborate with creative and account teams to maintain consistency and uphold quality standards.</p><p>• Utilize Figma and Adobe Creative Suite to update and finalize design deliverables.</p><p>• Monitor and manage tasks and deadlines using project tracking tools like Asana.</p><p>• Ensure pixel-perfect design accuracy and adherence to the new visual identity.</p><p>• Contribute to the seamless rollout of a rebrand across multiple channels and formats.</p><p>• Maintain a strong focus on layout, typography, and overall brand alignment.</p>
• Minimum of 3 years of production design experience, preferably in an agency or fast-paced creative environment.<br>• Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.<br>• Exceptional attention to detail and a knack for layout, typography, and brand consistency.<br>• Self-motivated with the ability to take direction and execute tasks independently.<br>• Strong organizational skills and efficiency in managing multiple projects simultaneously.<br>• Positive and collaborative attitude, with an appreciation for teamwork and culture.<br>• Experience using project management tools such as Asana or similar platforms.<br>• Bonus: Familiarity with rebrands, SaaS/tech clients, or business services industries.
