Office Assistant
We are looking for a highly organized and dependable Office Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in Menlo Park, California. This part-time role will span two months, offering an excellent opportunity to contribute to critical office operations. The position requires a fast-paced individual who can ensure smooth day-to-day administrative tasks.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Manage general office administrative tasks, such as filing and organizing documents.<br>• Prepare and ship items, including backpacks, while handling inventory with precision.<br>• Assist in moving boxes and setting up the office space for operational readiness.<br>• Maintain accurate records of inventory and supplies.<br>• Ensure the office is well-prepared for reentry and any upcoming projects.<br>• Regularly update and manage files using Microsoft Office Suite.<br>• Collaborate with team members to streamline office processes and improve efficiency.<br>• Support packing operations and oversee the timely delivery of shipments.<br>• Handle basic logistics to ensure smooth office operations.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in office support or administrative roles.<br>• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.<br>• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.<br>• Dependable and able to complete tasks in a fast-paced environment.<br>• Detail-oriented with excellent accuracy in handling inventory and records.<br>• Capable of lifting and moving boxes when required.<br>• Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members.<br>• Commitment to completing the entire two-month contract duration.
