LOA Analyst
<p>We are looking for an experienced LOA Analyst t to join our team on a contract basis in Mendota Heights, Minnesota. In this role, you will manage and optimize employee benefits programs while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and company policies. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of a leading organization in the scientific instrument manufacturing industry.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Oversee the administration and delivery of employee benefits programs, including health, retirement, and other offerings.</p><p>• Analyze and evaluate current benefit plans to ensure competitiveness and alignment with organizational goals.</p><p>• Collaborate with the Human Resources team to address employee inquiries and provide clear guidance on benefits.</p><p>• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations pertaining to benefits administration.</p><p>• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to benefits processes.</p><p>• Conduct regular audits to verify accuracy and compliance in benefits data.</p><p>• Act as a liaison between the organization and external benefits vendors or providers.</p><p>• Provide support during open enrollment periods by coordinating communication and managing enrollment processes.</p><p>• Generate reports and insights on benefits usage and trends to inform decision-making.</p><p>• Assist with transitioning or replacing benefit systems as needed, ensuring seamless implementation.</p>
• Proven experience in human resources administration, specifically in benefits management.<br>• Strong understanding of federal, state, and local regulations related to employee benefits.<br>• Proficiency in conducting audits and managing benefits-related documentation.<br>• Excellent communication skills for addressing employee concerns and coordinating with external vendors.<br>• Ability to analyze and evaluate benefit plans to ensure alignment with organizational goals.<br>• Familiarity with open enrollment processes and benefits system transitions.<br>• Detail-oriented approach to maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance.<br>• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
