<p>We are currently looking for a dedicated <strong>Test Center Administrator</strong> to support our test center in <strong>Memphis, TN</strong>. This role is <strong>part-time (20 hours per week)</strong>, with the opportunity for additional hours based on operational needs.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Ensure full compliance with test center policies and procedures to maintain a secure and detail-oriented environment.</p><p>• Welcome test candidates, verify their identification, and perform security checks using approved methods.</p><p>• Monitor candidates throughout their exams to safeguard against misconduct and provide assistance when needed.</p><p>• Address candidate concerns promptly and escalate issues as necessary to uphold testing standards.</p><p>• Maintain the integrity and safety of testing materials and equipment at all times.</p><p>• Deliver a fair and comfortable testing experience to every candidate, ensuring adherence to company guidelines.</p><p>• Prepare detailed reports on incidents or irregularities and submit them in a timely manner.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p>

<p>• High school diploma or equivalent is required; college coursework is desirable.</p><p>• At least one year of customer service experience, preferably in retail, hospitality, or similar industries.</p><p>• Strong communication skills with the ability to write clear and accurate reports.</p><p>• Proficiency in Windows-based applications, including Office, Outlook, and web browsing.</p><p>• Physical ability to bend, stoop, and lift up to 40 pounds, as well as remain stationary for extended periods.</p><p>• Capability to move through the testing room every 8-10 minutes and escort candidates as needed.</p><p><br></p>
