Human Resources Director
We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Director to lead and oversee all HR functions within our hotel organization in Memphis, Tennessee. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage employee relations, streamline HR operations, and ensure the successful implementation of benefit programs. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in fostering a positive workplace culture and driving organizational growth.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Manage and resolve employee relations issues, ensuring a fair and transparent process.<br>• Oversee all HR administrative tasks, including compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.<br>• Develop and implement comprehensive benefit programs that align with employee needs and organizational goals.<br>• Utilize HR information systems (HRIS) to enhance efficiency in HR operations and reporting.<br>• Lead the onboarding process to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the organization.<br>• Provide strategic guidance to management on HR-related matters, including workforce planning and organizational development.<br>• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure confidentiality in all HR matters.<br>• Coordinate and deliver training programs to support employee development and compliance.<br>• Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements.<br>• Collaborate with leadership to drive initiatives that promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
• Proven experience in a leadership role within Human Resources, preferably in the hospitality industry.<br>• Strong knowledge of employee relations, HR administration, and benefits management.<br>• Proficiency in HR information systems (HRIS) and related technologies.<br>• Demonstrated ability to manage onboarding processes effectively.<br>• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees at all levels.<br>• Deep understanding of employment laws and regulations.<br>• Ability to analyze data and metrics to support decision-making.<br>• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced certifications are a plus.
