Responsibilities: • Process and apply customer payments promptly and accurately to maintain up-to-date account records. • Post payments to the appropriate accounts in an efficient and error-free manner. • Monitor and reconcile accounts receivable records to ensure alignment with company standards. • Communicate effectively with customers to resolve payment discrepancies and inquiries. • Assist with billing functions to support overall financial operations. • Maintain detailed and organized records of cash application activities. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless financial processes. • Review and analyze cash activity to identify trends or issues. • Support audits and provide necessary documentation related to accounts receivable.

100% in office contract to permanent must have AR / cash applications experience
