We are looking for a skilled HR Generalist to join our team in Massillon, Ohio. The role focuses on managing essential human resources functions within a manufacturing environment, ensuring compliance and fostering a positive workplace culture. Responsibilities: • Oversee employee relations by addressing workplace concerns and fostering effective communication. • Manage HR administrative tasks, including maintaining records and ensuring accurate documentation. • Facilitate onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration of new team members into the organization. • Utilize HRIS systems, such as Paycor, to manage employee information and streamline HR functions. • Lead recruiting efforts, including posting job openings, screening applicants, and coordinating interviews. • Ensure compliance with labor laws and occupational safety standards within the workplace. • Collaborate with management on strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention. • Support training initiatives and development programs to promote workforce growth. • Monitor and address workplace safety concerns to maintain a secure environment. • Assist in payroll and benefits administration to ensure employees receive accurate and timely compensation.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources, preferably in a manufacturing setting. • Strong knowledge of employee relations and conflict resolution strategies. • Proficiency in HRIS systems, with experience using Paycor being highly desirable. • Familiarity with recruiting processes, including sourcing and interviewing candidates. • Understanding of occupational safety regulations and compliance requirements. • Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple HR tasks effectively. • Strong communication abilities to interact with employees and management professionally. • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
