Administrative Assistant
We are looking for a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team in Maryland Heights, Missouri. This is a long-term contract position that offers an exciting opportunity to support office operations and contribute to the efficiency of our administrative processes. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at handling a variety of tasks in a dynamic environment.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.<br>• Respond to incoming calls promptly and professionally, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.<br>• Perform accurate data entry tasks to maintain records and databases.<br>• Manage receptionist duties, including greeting visitors and handling front desk activities.<br>• Organize and maintain office files, documents, and supplies.<br>• Assist in scheduling meetings and coordinating calendars for team members.<br>• Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.<br>• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative tasks.<br>• Collaborate with team members to support departmental goals and initiatives.
• Proven experience in administrative assistance or a similar role.<br>• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.<br>• Proficiency in data entry and managing office systems.<br>• Ability to handle inbound calls efficiently and with care.<br>• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.<br>• Experience performing receptionist duties in a setting that requires precision and focus.<br>• Familiarity with office software applications such as Microsoft Office.<br>• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
