Customer Service Representative
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Manassas, Virginia. In this Contract to permanent position, you will play a vital role in supporting office operations and maintaining strong communication with field staff. This role requires someone with excellent organizational skills and a proactive approach to customer service.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Communicate effectively with field staff to address inquiries and provide support.<br>• Process and monitor orders to ensure accuracy and timely completion.<br>• Utilize basic Excel and Microsoft Office applications for data entry and reporting.<br>• Assist with accounts receivable tasks, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up.<br>• Perform general office duties such as filing, organizing, and maintaining records.<br>• Support the office manager in daily operations and administrative tasks.<br>• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, especially during peak hours.<br>• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and resolving issues promptly.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or office administration.<br>• Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.<br>• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.<br>• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.<br>• Familiarity with order entry processes and accounts receivable is preferred.<br>• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.<br>• Ability to handle moderate to high call volumes with professionalism.<br>• A proactive and customer-focused attitude to ensure client satisfaction.
