Customer Service Representative
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Madison, Wisconsin. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to customers by addressing inquiries, processing orders, and resolving issues efficiently. This is a long-term contract position offering the opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a non-profit organization.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone or email with professionalism and clarity.<br>• Process customer orders promptly and accurately, ensuring all details are verified.<br>• Address and resolve customer concerns, providing effective solutions to enhance satisfaction.<br>• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions within the system.<br>• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.<br>• Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with their needs.<br>• Provide product or service information to customers, ensuring they have a clear understanding.<br>• Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to team goals.<br>• Uphold the organization’s values and ensure a positive experience for all customers.
• Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment.<br>• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.<br>• Ability to handle a high volume of calls while maintaining quality service.<br>• Proficiency in order entry and related systems.<br>• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.<br>• Capability to work collaboratively within a team setting.<br>• Familiarity with handling inbound and outbound calls.<br>• Commitment to delivering exceptional service in alignment with non-profit values.
