Apply today! </p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Job Details: </u></strong></p><p><strong>Duration:</strong> 6 months with potential to extend</p><p><strong>Schedule: </strong>Monday - Friday 8 to 5 pm PST </p><p><strong>Location:</strong> Lynnwood, WA - 100% Onsite</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Job Responsibilities:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Support ongoing and upcoming Oracle-related projects, ensuring smooth operations across the organization.</li><li>Manage day-to-day system enhancements, troubleshooting, and incident resolution.</li><li>Independently assess and determine financial system needs in partnership with DBAs and development teams.</li><li>Contribute to Oracle project initiatives, including: Order Management, Customer Management, Supplier Management</li><li>Utilize ServiceNow to review, prioritize, and clear backlog items.</li><li>Provide support for Oracle project contracts and troubleshoot issues across multiple sites, including Ohio (two product lines), Lynnwood, Chandler, West Caldwell, and Auburn (California).</li><li>Support a highly customized Oracle EBS Supply Chain environment (11.5.10.2).</li><li>Apply strong financial acumen to deliver effective system support, with finance serving as the primary internal customer.</li></ul><p><br></p>

<ul><li>Experience as an Oracle Systems Analyst with both technical and functional expertise.</li><li>Hands-on experience with Oracle EBS versions R12 and 11i (11.5.10.2).</li><li>Proven ability to provide ongoing support and maintenance for Oracle modules.</li><li>Experience managing backlogs, performing system maintenance, and delivering enhancements using ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools.</li><li>Ability to collaborate effectively with Oracle vendor resources.</li><li>Skilled in supporting day-to-day system enhancements, troubleshooting, and reporting through ticket-driven workflows.</li><li>Experience supporting Oracle financial projects across multiple EBS versions, as well as other ERP systems across various sites.</li><li>Ability to execute prioritized tasks and assignments based on data insights pulled from Power BI.</li></ul>
