Property Administrator
We are looking for a dedicated Property Administrator to join our team in Lowell, Massachusetts, on a contract basis. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of residential and commercial properties, ensuring excellent tenant satisfaction and efficient property management. Your expertise in leasing and property systems will be vital to maintaining high standards and supporting the overall success of the portfolio.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Manage the day-to-day operations of residential and commercial properties, ensuring smooth functionality and tenant satisfaction.<br>• Coordinate leasing activities, including marketing available units, conducting property tours, and processing applications.<br>• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to property management, leasing agreements, and tenant communications.<br>• Utilize property management software, such as Yardi, to track expenses, monitor budgets, and generate reports.<br>• Respond promptly to tenant inquiries and service requests, ensuring timely resolution of issues.<br>• Collaborate with maintenance teams to schedule repairs, inspections, and routine upkeep for properties.<br>• Monitor compliance with local regulations and property standards, addressing any issues as they arise.<br>• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and contribute to budget planning for property operations.<br>• Facilitate communication between landlords, tenants, and external vendors.<br>• Support the implementation of property management policies and procedures to optimize efficiency.
