Office Manager
We are looking for a skilled Office Manager to join our team on a contract basis in Louisville, Kentucky. In this role, you will oversee daily administrative functions, ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently. This position offers an opportunity to work in an environment focused on organization and customer service.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Manage the day-to-day administrative operations of the office, ensuring all processes run smoothly.<br>• Coordinate and maintain inventory levels for office supplies, placing orders as needed.<br>• Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, handling reception duties with a high level of attention to detail.<br>• Provide support to onsite personnel and collaborate with team members to address operational needs.<br>• Organize and maintain office records and documentation for easy accessibility.<br>• Handle incoming and outgoing communication, including phone calls and emails.<br>• Assist in scheduling meetings and managing the office calendar to ensure optimal efficiency.<br>• Support the team during busy periods by prioritizing tasks and maintaining workflow.<br>• Address any immediate office concerns and troubleshoot issues to minimize disruptions.<br>• Foster a welcoming and organized environment for both staff and visitors.
• Previous experience in office management or administrative roles is required.<br>• Proficiency in managing office supplies and inventory.<br>• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.<br>• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.<br>• Ability to handle receptionist duties and interact with visitors professionally.<br>• Familiarity with basic office software and tools.<br>• A proactive attitude with problem-solving capabilities.<br>• Availability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with a one-hour lunch break.
