If you thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams, we encourage you to apply.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Develop and refine user-centered designs for mobile and web applications, ensuring usability and visual appeal.</p><p>• Create and maintain comprehensive design systems to streamline consistency across projects.</p><p>• Produce wireframes, user flows, and prototypes that effectively communicate design ideas and solutions.</p><p>• Utilize Figma to create nested components, auto layouts, and design libraries with expert-level proficiency.</p><p>• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to align design goals with project objectives.</p><p>• Conduct user research and testing to gather insights and improve design effectiveness.</p><p>• Work within Agile methodologies to deliver high-quality designs in a fast-paced environment.</p><p>• Stay updated on design trends and technologies to continuously enhance the user experience.</p><p>• Ensure designs meet accessibility standards and provide inclusive user experiences.</p>

<p>• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing mobile and web projects.</p><p>• Proven ability to create and maintain design systems that support scalable solutions.</p><p>• At least 3 years of advanced experience working with Figma, including nested components and auto layouts.</p><p>• Proficiency in wireframing, prototyping, and creating user flows that clearly convey design concepts.</p><p>• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience in fast-paced, collaborative environments.</p><p>• Solid understanding of user research techniques and the ability to apply findings effectively.</p><p>• Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.</p><p>• Expertise in tools like Adobe XD and other relevant design software.</p>
