Sr. Litigation Attorney (Long-Term Contract, Fully Remote)

Robert Half Legal is partnering with a top-tier boutique law firm to seek an experienced Senior Litigation Attorney for a long-term, fully remote contract position (40 hours/week). This exciting opportunity is with a firm renowned for its national reputation in managing sizable, multi-party cases across complex business, corporate, and civil litigation. The ideal candidate brings deep litigation experience, sophisticated motion practice skills, and a strong track record guiding cases through all phases of the dispute process. Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Draft, research, and argue complex motions, including dispositive and discovery motions, in federal and state courts.</li><li>Manage and oversee all aspects of litigation, from pre-trial negotiations through trial and (when necessary) appeals.</li><li>Provide strategic guidance for large, multi-party business, corporate, and civil litigation cases.</li><li>Coordinate with clients—ranging from individuals and small businesses to large corporations—and advise on case progress and dispute resolution strategies.</li><li>Represent clients before state and federal courts, administrative agencies, and in arbitration forums; participate in alternative dispute resolution as appropriate.</li><li>Collaborate with a close-knit team committed to rigorous, results-focused legal representation.</li></ul>

Requirements:<ul><li>Juris Doctorate</li><li>Active, good-standing membership with the California Bar.</li><li>Extensive litigation experience, with at least 3+ years preferred in complex commercial, business, or corporate litigation.</li><li>Demonstrated expertise and passion for drafting persuasive legal motions and briefs; proven success in motion practice is essential.</li><li>Proven ability to handle all litigation phases, including negotiations, discovery, hearings, and appeals.</li><li>Previous experience managing large, multi-party cases across forums preferred.</li><li>Excellent communication, legal research, and organizational skills.</li><li>Must be able to work full-time (40 hours per week) on a long-term contract, fully remotely.</li><li>Commitment to professionalism, collaboration, and strategic client service.</li></ul>Please submit your resume directly to Steve[dot]Moss[at]RobertHalf[dotcom] for immediate consideration.
