We are seeking an experienced and motivated California-barred attorney for a fully remote, contract-to-hire position.</p><p><br></p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Lead or support all phases of complex litigation and mass torts, including research, drafting, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.</li><li>Analyze and synthesize intricate legal and factual issues.</li><li>Work closely with seasoned trial attorneys on high-stakes cases.</li><li>Communicate with clients, co-counsel, and opposing counsel.</li><li>Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.</li></ul><p><br></p>
