This opportunity is fully remote, allowing you to thrive from anywhere in California while making a meaningful impact for clients.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Manage a caseload of plaintiff-side employment matters, including wage and hour, discrimination, and wrongful termination cases.</li><li>Conduct legal research, draft pleadings and motions, and handle discovery.</li><li>Participate in depositions, mediations, and court appearances as necessary.</li><li>Communicate effectively with clients, providing high-quality service and guidance throughout their legal proceedings.</li><li>Collaborate with a team-oriented group of attorneys and paralegals, contributing to a positive, inclusive culture.</li></ul><p><br></p>
