Inventory Clerk
We are looking for an experienced Inventory Clerk to join our team in Longmont, Colorado. In this long-term contract role, you will play a critical part in managing inventory processes, ensuring accurate tracking, and supporting daily operations in a manufacturing environment. This position offers a great opportunity to contribute to the efficiency and organization of our inventory systems.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure accuracy and availability.<br>• Perform regular cycle counts and annual physical inventory audits.<br>• Track and document inventory movements, including shipping and receiving activities.<br>• Process packing slips and purchase orders efficiently and accurately.<br>• Coordinate vendor-managed inventory to maintain stock levels.<br>• Prepare shipping documentation and oversee product shipments.<br>• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth inventory operations.<br>• Identify and address discrepancies in inventory records.<br>• Maintain organized and detailed records of all inventory transactions.<br>• Support assembly lines by ensuring timely supply of inventory items.
• At least 2 years of experience in inventory management or a related role.<br>• Proficiency in inventory tracking and asset management.<br>• Familiarity with cycle counts and annual physical inventory processes.<br>• Experience in shipping, receiving, and preparing shipping documentation.<br>• Ability to process purchase orders and packing slips accurately.<br>• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.<br>• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.<br>• Knowledge of vendor-managed inventory systems is a plus.
