HR Recruiter
We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team in London, Ohio. In this contract position, you will play a key role in managing recruiting activities, supporting hiring needs, and ensuring compliance with employment regulations. This role requires excellent communication skills and a strong ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Conduct pre-screening and assessments for hourly associates to identify candidates with relevant experience.<br>• Organize and facilitate open interviews to efficiently meet hiring demands.<br>• Build and maintain relationships with colleges, vendors, and other recruitment sources to support hiring initiatives.<br>• Ensure compliance with employment-based immigration laws and manage I-9 records.<br>• Coordinate drug testing and other pre-employment processes to streamline onboarding.<br>• Oversee new employee orientations to ensure a smooth transition for incoming employees.<br>• Utilize recruitment tools and software, including UKG Pro and UKG Ready, to manage hiring processes effectively.<br>• Monitor and evaluate recruiting efforts to meet organizational goals and deadlines.<br>• Prepare reports and analyze recruitment data to improve hiring strategies.<br>• Collaborate with HR personnel to implement recruiting functions and initiatives.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR recruiting or a related field.<br>• Proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills to interact with candidates and stakeholders.<br>• Familiarity with recruitment tools such as UKG Pro, UKG Ready, and other HR software.<br>• Knowledge of I-9 compliance and employment-based immigration laws.<br>• Experience in pre-screening, assessments, and drug testing processes.<br>• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple recruiting activities simultaneously.<br>• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for data management and reporting.<br>• Ability to maintain relationships with colleges and vendors to support recruitment efforts.
