We are looking for a skilled Data Analyst to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Lombard, Illinois. In this role, you will play a critical part in managing and analyzing master data, ensuring vendor compliance, and optimizing workflows. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of building strong relationships across various departments. Responsibilities: • Build and maintain strong relationships with general managers, administrative staff, and corporate leaders to ensure vendor processes are clearly understood and properly followed. • Collaborate with the procurement team to authorize, categorize, and monitor active vendors. • Manage periodic vendor reviews to streamline and maintain an accurate vendor list. • Facilitate master data integration efforts, including users, approval levels, vendors, customers, cost centers, and chart of accounts. • Develop and document workflows and contribute to process improvements and future integrations. • Utilize tools like Dun & Bradstreet to assess vendor risks and identify potential issues. • Provide training to new and existing staff on vendor policies, procedures, and best practices. • Track and analyze key metrics to evaluate vendor performance and compliance. • Handle special projects and initiatives as assigned to support organizational goals.

• Proven experience in data analysis and master data management. • Strong understanding of fraud analytics and ability to identify high-risk vendors. • Familiarity with tools such as Dun & Bradstreet for vendor evaluation. • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders. • Proficiency in managing accounts payable, customer master data, and chart of accounts. • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills. • Experience in handling special projects and initiatives with minimal supervision. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to train and guide teams.
