Customer Service Representative
We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Liverpool, New York. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to clients and patients, primarily through inbound and outbound calls, while ensuring accurate data entry and correspondence. This is a Contract to permanent position within the healthcare industry, offering an opportunity to grow your skills in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Handle inbound and outbound calls with a focus on detail, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.<br>• Accurately input orders and customer information into the system to ensure seamless service.<br>• Respond to email correspondence, providing clear and timely communication.<br>• Utilize basic medical terminology and knowledge of medical abbreviations to assist with patient and client needs.<br>• Manage electronic medical records (EMR) efficiently, maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.<br>• Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding client requirements and providing tailored solutions.<br>• Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer experiences.<br>• Stay informed about company policies and procedures to provide accurate information to customers.<br>• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving customer issues related to healthcare services.<br>• Maintain a detail-oriented demeanor in all interactions, fostering trust and satisfaction among clients.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role.<br>• Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls with excellent communication skills.<br>• Familiarity with order entry processes and email correspondence.<br>• Basic understanding of medical terminology and abbreviations.<br>• Experience working with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.<br>• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.<br>• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data accuracy.<br>• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team-focused setting.
