HR Recruiter
We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team in Little Rock, Arkansas, on a Contract to permanent basis. The ideal candidate will excel in full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing top talent to onboarding new team members. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to building a dynamic and skilled workforce while utilizing your expertise in corporate recruiting.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Manage the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.<br>• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies.<br>• Utilize applicant tracking systems to maintain accurate candidate records and streamline the hiring workflow.<br>• Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate experience and suitability for the role.<br>• Develop and maintain a pipeline of candidates with relevant experience for current and future hiring needs.<br>• Coordinate and oversee the onboarding process for new team members, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.<br>• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.<br>• Build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
• Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.<br>• Strong background in corporate recruiting, with the ability to handle multiple roles simultaneously.<br>• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage recruitment workflows.<br>• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.<br>• Familiarity with recruitment sourcing techniques and tools to attract top talent.<br>• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.<br>• Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations related to hiring.<br>• Detail-oriented approach to ensure accuracy and compliance in all recruitment activities.
