Full Charge Bookkeeper
<p>Robert Half is looking for a skilled Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team in Lexington, Kentucky. In this long-term contract role, you will play an essential part in managing financial records, ensuring accuracy in bookkeeping, and supporting the organization’s accounting needs. If you thrive in a detail-oriented environment and have expertise in QuickBooks, we encourage you to apply.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Oversee all bookkeeping activities, including maintaining accurate financial records and ledgers.</p><p>• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.</p><p>• Perform bank reconciliations to ensure financial data accuracy.</p><p>• Utilize QuickBooks to record, track, and analyze financial transactions.</p><p>• Prepare financial reports and summaries for management review.</p><p>• Monitor cash flow and assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.</p><p>• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and organizational policies.</p><p>• Address discrepancies and resolve financial issues promptly.</p><p>• Collaborate with other departments to support financial operations as needed.</p>
• Proven experience in full charge bookkeeping or a similar role.<br>• Proficiency in QuickBooks for managing financial transactions.<br>• Strong knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.<br>• Experience with bank reconciliations and financial reporting.<br>• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.<br>• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.<br>• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.<br>• Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards.
