Apply today to be considered! </p><p><br></p><p>• Manage incoming and outgoing calls to meet departmental objectives and ensure client satisfaction.</p><p>• Process reservations accurately and efficiently, adhering to established guidelines.</p><p>• Input reservation details into the system with precision and attention to detail.</p><p>• Address client concerns and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues professionally.</p><p>• Utilize clear and effective communication to document client needs and feedback.</p><p>• Start assigned tasks promptly and complete them within designated deadlines.</p><p>• Adapt to changing priorities and perform additional duties as required to support the team.</p>
• At least 6 months of experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.<br>• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle client concerns effectively.<br>• Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities.<br>• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.<br>• Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as general internet navigation.<br>• Competence in navigating systems and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.<br>• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.<br>• Demonstrates reliability, initiative, and a strong sense of responsibility.
