<p>Robert Half Lexington is looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join a team in Lexington-Fayette, Kentucky. This is a contract-to-permanent position in the hospitality industry, offering an opportunity to grow within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service to clients while efficiently managing reservations and addressing inquiries. Apply today to be considered! </p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Manage both inbound and outbound calls to meet departmental goals and ensure customer satisfaction.</p><p>• Process reservations accurately and efficiently, adhering to company standards.</p><p>• Enter reservation details into the system with a high level of precision.</p><p>• Communicate professionally and effectively with clients and internal departments to resolve issues.</p><p>• Document client needs and concerns using proper grammar and clear language.</p><p>• Start assigned tasks promptly and complete them within established deadlines.</p><p>• Adapt to other duties as assigned, ensuring flexibility and teamwork.</p><p>• Maintain a strong focus on delivering excellent customer service and meeting organizational objectives.</p>
• At least 6 months of experience in call center or customer service roles is preferred.<br>• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.<br>• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.<br>• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.<br>• Familiarity with the Internet and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.<br>• Capability to navigate multiple systems effectively and efficiently.<br>• Comfortable working in fast-paced and dynamic settings.<br>• Displays initiative, reliability, punctuality, and ownership in tasks.
