The role focuses on ensuring timely collections while maintaining strong and detail-oriented relationships with clients. Responsibilities: • Manage commercial accounts to ensure timely and accurate collections of outstanding balances. • Communicate with clients in a detail-oriented manner to resolve payment issues and maintain positive business relationships. • Utilize established collection processes to achieve set financial goals and targets. • Identify and address discrepancies in payment records and account statuses. • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline collection activities and improve efficiency. • Maintain detailed records of collection activities and account updates. • Monitor aging accounts and prioritize collection efforts based on risk and value. • Provide excellent customer service while negotiating payment plans and resolving disputes. • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations throughout the collection process.

• Proven experience in collections, with a focus on commercial accounts. • Familiarity with consumer and commercial collection processes. • Strong communication skills and ability to negotiate effectively with clients. • Proficiency in maintaining detailed and accurate records of collection activities. • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to achieve organizational goals. • Knowledge of relevant policies and regulations governing collections. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • High level of professionalism and customer service orientation.
