Talent Acquisition Partner
We are looking for a skilled Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team in Las Vegas, Nevada. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a critical project within the retail industry, focusing on recruitment across multiple disciplines. As a Contract to potential long-term role, this position provides opportunities for career advancement in a dynamic and collaborative environment.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and negotiating offers.<br>• Recruit for specialized roles in Accounting/Finance, Supply Chain/Merchandise Planning, and Commercial Buying, while supporting leadership and field recruitment needs.<br>• Build and nurture a robust talent pipeline to address immediate and future hiring needs.<br>• Leverage innovative sourcing methods to identify top candidates across various disciplines.<br>• Provide strategic guidance to hiring managers by staying informed about industry trends and market conditions.<br>• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on recruitment strategies and organizational goals.<br>• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and professionalism throughout the hiring process.<br>• Utilize applicant tracking systems and recruitment platforms to efficiently manage workflows and candidate data.
• Proven experience in corporate recruitment, with expertise in Accounting/Finance, Supply Chain/Merchandising Planning, and Commercial Buying.<br>• Familiarity with recruiting for leadership and field roles is highly preferred.<br>• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.<br>• Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities, combined with strong negotiation skills.<br>• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment technologies.<br>• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.<br>• Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.<br>• Preferred ability to commute onsite daily or reside within the local area.
