Desktop Support Analyst
<p>We are looking for an experienced Desktop Support Analyst, Level 1 to join our team on a contract to hire basis in Las Vegas, Nevada. In this role, you will provide technical support for workstations, hardware, and software to ensure seamless operations. This position requires a hands-on individual with strong attention to detail who can troubleshoot efficiently while maintaining excellent user service. </p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Provide technical support for desktop hardware, software, and workstations, ensuring optimal functionality.</p><p>• Manage and troubleshoot Active Directory issues, including user access and permissions.</p><p>• Install, configure, and maintain Microsoft Windows 10 operating systems across various devices.</p><p>• Perform desktop imaging and deployment for new and existing systems.</p><p>• Diagnose and resolve hardware-related issues to minimize downtime.</p><p>• Offer guidance and training to end-users on system usage and best practices.</p><p>• Maintain accurate documentation of technical issues, solutions, and updates.</p><p>• Collaborate with other IT team members to address complex technical challenges.</p><p>• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in all support activities.</p>
• Proven experience in desktop support, including workstation maintenance.<br>• Proficiency with Active Directory for user management and troubleshooting.<br>• Strong knowledge of desktop hardware components and their functionality.<br>• Expertise in Microsoft Windows 10 installation and configuration.<br>• Familiarity with desktop imaging processes and tools.<br>• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.<br>• Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with users and team members.<br>• Ability to maintain detailed documentation and follow established procedures.
