<p>We are looking for a skilled Desktop Support Analyst to join our team in Pahrump, Nevada. This long-term contract to hire position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a growing healthcare organization while providing essential IT support during a system conversion and desktop refresh. The role is ideal for professionals who excel in dynamic environments and enjoy collaborating with end users to address technical challenges.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Deploy and configure desktops and laptops utilizing Altiris imaging tools.</p><p>• Install, update, and troubleshoot applications within Windows 10 and Windows 11 environments.</p><p>• Provide comprehensive support for Microsoft 365 tools, including Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive.</p><p>• Deliver technical assistance during the rollout of healthcare system conversions.</p><p>• Oversee patch management and ensure timely updates across all devices.</p><p>• Facilitate Single Sign-On provisioning and manage user access efficiently.</p><p>• Collaborate with clinical and operational staff to resolve technical issues promptly.</p><p>• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of incidents, resolutions, and system deployments.</p>

• At least 2–4 years of hands-on experience in desktop support or IT field services.<br>• Strong technical expertise in Windows operating systems, application troubleshooting, and software deployment.<br>• Familiarity with Altiris imaging tools and patching solutions.<br>• Proficiency in supporting Microsoft Office 365 applications and basic networking concepts.<br>• Ability to work onsite and interact effectively with users in a dynamic healthcare setting.<br>• Excellent customer service skills coupled with a proactive approach to problem-solving.<br>• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications are a plus.
